Good location

Super small room with old decor. Leaking ac unit that drips water.

Clean, modern, quiet, proximity to metro

The staff were excellent. I left behind a jacket and they arranged to ship it back to Australia - couldn't have been more helpful.

Size of room but that is to be expected

second time staying here, convenient to go to the airport and other main stations. The complimentary natural breads for brekkie and the Japanese snacks were a surprise given to my kids when we checked in

The pillows were made out of bean bags or something, making them very uncomfortable.

Price was decent but you get what you pay for.It was near train stations.

Small rooms but this known of Japan hotels. Bed was hard. Dust all over the room (headboard, blinds). Old coffee stains/drip on door near coffee machine. Coffee machine in lobby down stairs was always out of order/service when we tired using it.

It was clean but very tiny. Staff was helpful

The staff was amazing. The room service was perfect. They doesn't have full breakfast but they offer some good snacks with a nice coffee machine in the morning. We loved the bath amenities. The Hanzomon Station is very close. Hope to be back soon!

They provide complimentary breakfast which is unusually not catered by other hotel like bread and hot drinks. Location is easily accessible by train. It feels home away from home.

The room is quite small if you have large luggage to bring inside the room.

Everything great but the room was a tight fit. Still comfortable enough for 2! Language was confusing regarding the room/bed size.

Front desk was not friendly or attentive. Instead, they were talking with each other more than they were interested in ensuring the check in process was thorough and pleasant.

Good location

Photos are deceiving. They make the hotel look cool, new, modern. It’s not important, but the leather couch in the lobby is very worn. The carpet in the elevator car is curling up. The single room doesn’t offer anywhere to open your suitcase. I know Tokyo hotel rooms are small but accommodations should be made for travelers. In contrast, I’m staying in a hostel in Shibuya now and the facilities are well maintained and it’s a nicer experience. Front desk was polite enough but not friendly. Housekeeping gave no welcome or acknowledgement at all. On their phone while waiting for the elevator. Stay here if none of my suggestions matter to you. I don’t feel it was worth the price.

The coffee machinery is good but it could be better.

Having to chase the iron and ask for it first thing every night when we come back from outing.

It was close to the convenience store and the train station

Lack of communication specially when we use the luggage service, they didn’t inform us that if there is any damage or anything happening to the luggage there is no refund or replacement or compensation. And the luggage arrived broken for both suitcases. Big damage and a huge loss for expensive cases.
